The Essentials
Over 65% of clothing today is made from synthetic fabrics. Petroleum-based plastics like polyester. For underwear, it's even worse.
These synthetic fibers don't breathe. They trap heat, moisture, and bacteria against your genitals for hours.
With every wash, they shed microplastics and release BPAs, phthalates, and PFAS: the forever chemicals linked to hormonal imbalance and fertility issues.
You wear underwear 16+ hours a day. Closer to your most sensitive skin than anything else.
Shouldn't it be made from something natural?
Behind the Waistband
The cotton flower and the rubber tree gave us two of the oldest materials there are, long before synthetics existed.
Waistbands are usually made from plastic, but we don't. We make ours from the flower and the tree, and wrap it in the same fabric as the body.
It's robust, stretches, and holds its shape, with none of the petroleum.
