Responsible Wool Standard
RWS / Textile Exchange / v2.2
Wool from non-mulesed sheep on welfare-audited farms, with land management that protects soil and biodiversity, and a tracked chain of custody from farm to finished garment.
A natural label is easy to claim. These are the rules every CEDR garment is held to before it earns its place in the range.
No polyester, no nylon, no spandex. If a fiber is not grown, it does not go in.
Every material meets OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class I, the same tier used for products made for babies.
No PFAS, no synthetic water or stain finishes, nothing engineered to never break down.
Every claim we make is backed by a third party, audited by someone other than us.
We tell you what each fabric is, where it comes from, and why we chose it.
A natural label means nothing without proof. These are the independent standards our fibers, and our packaging are held to.

GOTS / v7.0
Certified organic fiber, traceable and audited at every stage, with a ban on toxic chemical inputs across the whole supply chain and social criteria protecting the people who make the cloth.
Alliance for European Flax-Linen & Hemp
Flax grown in Western Europe and traced back to the field, rain-fed with no irrigation and no GMO, from a zero-waste plant where every part is used.
Class I / Strictest tier
Every component tested for harmful substances, thread and trims included, at Class I, the same grade applied to products for babies. Re-tested and re-certified, never a one-time check.
Forest Stewardship Council / Mix
Greyboard boxes and paper stickers, fully plastic-free, with paper sourced from responsibly managed forests and recyclable with the product inside.
CEDR Material Standard
Natural latex rubber in place of synthetic elastane, the part that started CEDR, held to the same no-plastic rule. Soft, recovering stretch with nothing petroleum-based against the skin.
