Refund policy
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Items that arrive defective or damaged
- Incorrect items received
- Approved cases under the EU 14-day cooling-off period
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products and the high cost of international return shipping, returning items is often not practical or beneficial for customers. For this reason, all sales are final once delivered.
If you are unsure about sizing or fit before placing an order, we strongly encourage you to contact us, we’re always happy to help you choose the right option.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order. If there is an issue with your original item, please contact us and we’ll assist accordingly.
European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
