Thresholds apply to your subtotal after any discount. If you shop in a local currency, USD thresholds are converted at the current exchange rate. Your cart shows you exactly how far you are from free shipping at any moment.
Below The Threshold
If your order is under the threshold, you pay what shipping actually costs us. Nothing more. No inflated rates, no margin hidden in delivery. Your exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the number of pieces in your order.

Every order leaves our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery after your order ships:

These are realistic estimates, not promises. During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer, and remote addresses may add time depending on carrier availability. If your order takes longer than it should, write to us and we will make it right.
Customs And Import Duties
Depending on your country, customs may charge import duties or taxes when your order arrives. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the customer's responsibility. We keep our paperwork clean and accurate so your package clears as smoothly as possible.
Shipping Partners
CEDR partners with major international carriers including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, working with local couriers to deliver worldwide. Every order is tracked, no exceptions.
Order Processing
- Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
- You are charged when you place your order. All payments are verified before shipping, and orders with incorrect billing information may be delayed or canceled to prevent fraud.
- Once processing begins, changes are no longer possible, including address changes. Please double check your address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, CEDR cannot be responsible for the lost shipment.
Tracking
You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Some carriers take a few days to show the first update. If your tracking has not moved after 6 business days, write to us at contact@cedrclothing.com and we will look into it.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Customs, severe weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions can delay a shipment. When it happens, we cannot speed up the carrier, but we can always tell you what we know. Reach out anytime.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at contact@cedrclothing.com. We may need a carrier report to process a claim, and we will help you obtain one. If a package is refused and returned, return shipping and any taxes are the customer's responsibility.
